We delivered assembly documentation for a heat recovery boiler project that our customer Hutni Montaze carried out for a foreign investor. The scope of our work included the routing, positioning and connection of high-pressure pipelines to steel structures.
Assessment of flue gas boiler
We were contracted by our client CS Cabot to assess problems they were experiencing with a flue gas boiler, which has a heat output of 8.25 MW. The heated flue gases utilized by the boiler come from the production of soot.
Project documentation for steam pipeline at the TAMEH heating plant
In connection with a modernization project for energy operations at the TAMEH heating plant, IVITAS delivered project documentation for implementing the connection of an output steam pipeline from the No. 3 to No. 2 high-pressure steam distributor.
Design and delivery of high-temperature spring hangers
High-temperature spring hangers designed and delivered by IVITAS for the PRUNEROV II power plant, which is operated by the largest power generation group in the Czech Republic - CEZ .
Natural gas connection study for TAMEH Czech
We have prepared documentation for our client TAMEH Czech s.r.o, regarding all-profession project implementation in the reconstruction of a K4 gas boiler to allow for the combustion of natural gas. The boiler, which is at a TAMEH Czech operated heating unit within the Liberty Ostrava, a.s. steel plant, is currently fueled with blast furnace and coke oven gas. The addition of natural gas as a fuel for the boiler, based on IVITAS project documentation, will ensure that emission limits (valid from 2021) are met for its combined combustion gas output.

Design of two-chamber flue gas heat exchanger
IVITAS provided workshop documentation for a two-chamber heat exchanger to heat combustion gas and air utilizing blast furnace flue gas. Our static calculation and optimization of the heat exchanger steel structure design respect the highest working temperature of flue gases (400 °C for up to 15 min.) and operating temperature of the blast furnace gas (240 °C max. at the highest working overpressure of 20 kPa).
Project documentation for a waste crushing line hall
IVITAS provided project documentation for the hall of a metal waste crushing line and an iron fraction sorting building. Both sets are part of the technological equipment for metal waste crushing in the Czech city of Vysoke Myto.

IVITAS carried out the design, manufacture and supply of three silencers for the new steam gas boiler room at OP PAPIRNA (member of DELFORT INTERNATIONAL) in the Czech city of Olsany.
