Reconstruction of Hot Reheat Pipework for GE POWER in Great Britain
For our client, GE POWER, we delivered detailed engineering documentation for steam, unloading and drain piping of three boilers in a power plant in Great Britain.
Our design documentation included analysis of point clouds from 3D laser scans, pipe and fitting strength calculations, stress analysis, isometric drawings, 3D pipeline model, weld edge details, hanger and support specifications, workshop documentation for auxiliary steel structures, drawings of atypical bearings, and preparation of as-built documentation upon completion of the reconstruction project.
